For this project, a custom bimini was made using special Masacril Sea Star fabric, a material recognised for its high resistance to solar radiation and its waterproof properties, which makes it a particularly suitable option for marine use.

The fabrication was carried out using Dabond V-69 thread, a key element in this type of work. This thread incorporates UV protection, essential to guarantee the durability of the seams and prevent their deterioration after prolonged sun exposure, one of the most demanding factors in marine environments.

The structure of this bimini is formed by a 25 mm diameter AISI 316L stainless steel arch, a material especially suited to resisting corrosion in salty environments, providing strength and stability to the assembly.

The result is an effective sun-protection system, designed to offer durability, strength and reliable performance even in conditions of intensive use.
